Josh Merriam
Web Developer
Josh Merriam is a digital design leader with a background spanning video, print and interactive design. Starting his career designing graphics for on-air broadcast news and weather systems in Colorado Springs, he quickly translated his passion for website design and development into a career creating websites and directing creative services for B2C, non-profits and B2B organizations. He has worked with brands such as Turner Broadcasting, CBS, NAACP, United Way, Chick-fil-A, VoiceNation, and more. He’s passionate about clean design, well-crafted front end code and creating easy-to-use digital experiences.
Josh and his wife Heather have a family of four boys and live north of Atlanta. While not behind the screen, Josh can be seen cycling, backpacking or skiing and enjoys teaching his boys the joys of the outdoors.
Heather Leo
Director of Communications
Heather has 20+ years of experience in communications/marketing, event planning, association management, and volunteer management. She has a passion for helping individuals and businesses communicate clearly, connect with customers, and grow their fanbases.
Heather is a 1998 graduate of the University of Georgia (BSA in Agricultural Communications). She enjoys serving at her church, Grace New Hope, and the Southeast Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry. She and her husband, Steve, have two sons, Jack and Max. They live in Grayson, GA.
Perian Rogers
Founder
Since founding Your Vibe Marketing, Perian Rogers’ passion for innovative, proven marketing strategies provides the fuel for each client’s campaign. She combines team-building experience, project management, and business design consultation with a love for organic, sustained growth in industries such as finance, health care, real estate, non-profit, travel, and more.
With nearly three decades as Director and VP of Marketing for AXA Financial, Automobile Glass Works, and Howard Capital Management, plus a proven track record of substantial business growth under her belt, Perian forges a collaborative partnership with business owners that culminates in dynamic strategies, client-focused marketing tactics, and sustainable expansion.
Perian graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia and enjoys running, travel, and music in her spare time.
